Photo by:  mechanikatNon profits from all 50 states, Canada, Puerto Rico, and 10 Latin American countries have come to together to donate shoes to children who are in need.  In total more than $1.2 million in shoes will be given to children and families who have a need for them.  This program was launched last year by Payless in response to the economic crisis.  They say that it was a huge hit and that was part oft he reason it was kept going for this year.To read the entire article, please follow the hyperlink to the prnewswire.com web-page.
